    Poison Ivy

    was doin some work pullin up weeds and got poison ivy all over my right hand and wrist...was wonderin if anyone knows of anything that works really good on it

    It never bothers me, but was working outside a couple weekends ago and got covered from the ankles to the knees.

    Nothing really works, but calamine lotion helps. It you don't want to look like a tool with white crap all over you, there is some new stuff that you can find next to the calamine lotion that is clear. It proabably works better. I think it's called Caladryl Clear. There are several versions of the clear though.

    I was just scrape it with a knife until it opens up, then rub bleach all over it....

    if it gets bad or you're allergic like me just go to the ER and get a shot it'll clear up really fast.

    but honestly as bad as Blue's idea sounds it does work.

    im really bad to get it, straight clorox works the best of anything.

    Lye... it's better than bleach/clorox.. but very very very hard to get your hands on it... only way now-a-days is through ebay.. and it'll eat the hide off of ya...

    Tecnu brand Oak & Ivy cleanser is the best stuff Ive found.

    hahaha where were you guys about an hour ago???

    i run out and buy caladryl clear and come back and find there's better stuff out there!!!
